Paul graduated in Technology and Management with Information Systems option at the University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands. Between 1994 and 2008 Paul did follow a large number of purchasing, human resources and communication courses and completed an internal MBA at Royal Philips Electronics.<\/p>\n
He started his career as purchasing trainee at Royal Philips Electronics and since 1995 he was an active contributor to the purchasing improvement process of different clients and locations globally. Paul has held managerial and director positions in The Netherlands, France, Surabaya and Shanghai. His experience is in direct- and\u00a0indirect procurement\u00a0plus Outsourcing and ranges from Global Commodity Manager to European Purchasing Director. On top of this he was for 2 years site Human Resources Manager.\u00a0Before founding MONNTA, Paul founded Purive Procurement in 2012 after working as independent contractor for 5 years.<\/p>\n
Paul did successfully work for companies as Unilever, ASML, NXP, Medtronic, Ipsum Energy, Royal Philips Electronics, bol.com, ABN AMRO bank, Dutch Grid Operator Enexis, Catharina Hospital Eindhoven, Adecco, Deloitte, Hydac.<\/p>\n
At the office Paul thrives on quality and speed. Running projects for different organizations or preparing a team for a\u00a0new permanent manager give him energy. He always pushes for a hand-over of project closure within 12 months.<\/p>\n
